Here you can find details of how to request service. Existing customers can place service requests by phone, e-mail, fax or mail. New or prospective customers should contact us by phone in the first instance to ensure all details are communicated correctly.

Please note that it our policy to never put customers on hold, or to subject them to the horrors of a call centre. For that reason, when you ring us you will either be connected directly to an experienced technician or you will be asked for your contact details in order that we can return your call as soon as one becomes available.
